Payments are accepted through PayPal --- and through Western Union. If you have other methods of payment in mind, it can be discussed.
Upon completion of the artwork, we will immediately ship out the product.
Estimated time of completion:
Charcoal, pastel, and pencil paintings: 1 week max
Oil painting: 2-3 weeks max.
3. How about delivery and shipping ?
Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to Most European Countries, Asia, and North America.
4. Do I have to sell the service/painting at the suggested retail price?
It is up to you if you will follow the suggested retail price. You can sell the painting or service above or below the suggested retail price. But it is strongly advised that you follow the suggested retail price or charge not less than the suggested price.
Here are the pros and cons:
Selling the painting below the suggested retail price:
- Will yield you lesser margin profit but in effect, the service or painting you're selling will be more affordable to your clients thus giving you more chances of making a sale. More sales, more income.
Selling the painting above the suggested retail price:
-Will yield you a higher margin profit, but in effect, the service or painting you're selling will be more expensive to your clients thus giving you lesser chances of making sale.
Your pricing strategy would depend on your market and where you conduct your business. If your clients are on the higher-end side, you can sell the painting or service above the suggested retail price. IT'S UP TO YOU. You dictate how much you want make and how you do it.
Just don't sell it at a very high price because, “No sale, No income.”
5. Can you frame my portrait ?
As of now, due to logistics constraints, we do not offer framed portraits as of the moment.
6. How do you pack the painting ?
The canvas is usually rolled contained in a hard tube.
7. How much is the shipping fee ?
17.99USD or 11.50GBP to most countries. Flat rate. No hidden charges.
8. Why is it that your portrait painting is so cheap ? Our local portrait painters' rate start from 1000$.
Our company is based in the Philippines. We have cheaper labor costs here as compared to in the USA or Europe. But we do not compromise the quality. Our artists are top painters who already had several exhibitions. WE ARE NOT FROM CHINA. You are assured of the high-quality of our paintings.
9. Do you ship to other countries aside from the ones mentioned above?
Yes. We ship to almost anywhere. Please contact us first for the shipping costs. It may vary. But we charge the flat rate of 17.99usd to most countries.
